Updating translation formatting to include code blocks, spoiler text, and timestamps.
Please note: There are still issues talking to the LLMs and formatting correctly, code blocks may still break for translations and are not perfect, keeping to 1 line will help (but obviously doesn't work for a large code dumps), also putting items within code blocks or within spoiler tags means the information doesn't get translated to protect the format, this means if you put something into a spoiler tag, know that it will retain the spoiler, but may break the translation. Let me know if you have any more feedback!
